Educators' carry the hopes of our scholars, our families, and our city, often at great cost to themselves. The Educators’ Wellness Center exists to change that. Grounded in BMEA’s commitment to educator recruitment and retention, the Center offers a dedicated space for rest, reflection, and renewal, attending to the emotional, physical, intellectual, social, spiritual, occupational, financial, and environmental dimensions of wellness.
 

Here, educators are seen as whole people, not only as practitioners. By investing in their well being, we strengthen the profession, deepen their sense of identity and belonging, and ensure that classrooms remain places of thriving and joyful learning.
