Principal Wellness & Policy Fellowship for Equity-Centered Leadership

The Principal Wellness Fellowship is evolving into the Principal Wellness & Policy Fellowship to deepen its impact and broaden its scope in developing equity-centered leadership.
Originally focused on supporting principals’ personal and professional well-being, the Fellowship is now expanding to emphasize policy reform, advocacy, and leadership development. This shift acknowledges the critical role principals play in shaping education policy at both the local and state levels through culturally responsive and equity-focused leadership approaches.
The program will continue to offer wellness strategies, but now with greater emphasis on equipping principals to influence and participate in policy decisions that directly affect their schools and communities. The change reflects a commitment to fostering healthy, resilient leaders who champion educational equity and empowering them to drive systemic change in education.
Fellows Benefit From:
-
Monthly group sessions (held on weekends)
-
One-on-one coaching
-
Ongoing check-ins and support
A stipend to help offset time investment
